Works on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit).
Windows SmartScreen Warning
The Noeth installer is not yet signed with a code-signing certificate. Windows SmartScreen flags any app without a recognized certificate — this does not mean it is unsafe. Follow the steps below to get past the prompt.
Run the downloaded installer
Double-click theNoeth-Setup.exe file from your Downloads folder.SmartScreen dialog appears
A blue dialog titled "Windows protected your PC" will appear. This is expected — see below.
Windows protected your PC
Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.
App: Noeth-Setup.exe
Publisher: Unknown publisher
Click "More info"
In the SmartScreen dialog, click the "More info" link. This reveals an option to proceed that is hidden by default.
Click "Run anyway"
A "Run anyway" button will appear at the bottom of the dialog. Click it to launch the installer.
Complete the installation
Follow the on-screen steps to finish installing Noeth. It will appear in your Start menu when done.
